Welcome to our dedicated Barefoot Romance weddings blog. A special Thank You goes out to the many couples who have honored us by allowing us to shoot their ceremonies and receptions up to now here on St. John, St. Thomas and neighboring islands. It’s because of you that we’ve fallen so deeply in love with shooting weddings. We get more passionate about it every day.
We hope to share our philosophies and ideas with you in this blog, and not just beautiful beach wedding images, although there will surely be some of that! Your suggestions and ideas matter to us, so please feel free to share them.
Some of you may be familiar with our Thoughts From An Island Photographer blog on our general Tropical Focus website. Sometimes we’ve included topics of interest to Virgin Island brides and gooms in that blog. So to start this new dedicated Barefoot Romance blog rolling, we’ve reposted a few of those articles here. We hope you won’t mind.
Having a dedicated blog for island brides and their enlightened grooms is very exciting to us. We hope to be a valuable resource for couples planning picture-perfect beach weddings, island vow renewals and elopements too regardless of where your dream destination wedding is taking place.
